Making Cheese...

Laurie and I took a cheese making class on Saturday out in Wellfleet.  Quick learner that I am, voila`, cheese.  I seasoned it with chives from Foster's garden and a special herb blend of Tom's. 

Tonight we celebrate Tom's birthday with dinner at Laurie's including fruit and my wonderful homemade cheese.  I also baked him a buttermilk cake with dark chocolate frosting.

Guess what?  He is 65.
